Parent information night

Thanks to all parents who turned up to the parent information night on Monday 18 February.  If you weren’t able to make it, you can either watch the slideshow or read a summary document.

The most important message from the meeting is that good communication is the key to a successful education. Please do not hesitate at all to contact me during the year if you have any concerns, ideas or suggestions about your child’s education.

Landsdale Primary School: The Movie

You may remember that last term we had a film crew capturing some of the amazing things that are happening at Landsdale Primary School. Well, the film is finally finished!

Please take a few minutes to watch this video about what makes Landsdale so very special. You might even spot some of the kids from LA31!

Class timetable

In LA31, teaching and learning is very fluid, integrated and flexible. We love to complete projects that combine different learning areas and that require us to use many different skills. We do, however, have a timetable and, as you can see, our emphasis is squarely on literacy and numeracy. However, there is plenty of time for fitness, the Arts and global education — Landsdale’s unique blend of geography, history, technology and science.

Feel free to pop in any time and see our class in action!
